Allen Webb McCoy

Allen Webb McCoy, 84, of Calhoun, Georgia, passed away on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. He was born in Canton, Georgia, on May 17, 1939, to the late Jim and Jessie McCoy. He was preceded in death by his sons, Steve McCoy and Dwight McCoy, six brothers, four sisters, and grandson, Steve Allen McCoy.

Allen is survived by his wife of 61 years, Patricia McCoy; daughter, Debbie Williams; grandchildren, Derek Childers, Andrea Baker, Kimberly Brock, Jennifer McCoy, Sheila McCoy, and David McCoy; eleven great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild, Malik McCoy; special friend, David Stevens; and several nieces and nephews.

The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 10, 2023, at 1:00 PM from the Chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home with Rev. Norris Sexton officiating. Burial will follow in Hopewell Baptist Church Cemetery in Ball Ground, Georgia at 3:00 PM. Pallbearers serving are Bryson McCoy, Brodee McCoy, Nathan Hicks, Bobby Hicks, Mason Hicks, and Tyler Baker.  

The family will receive friends on Thursday, November 9, 2023, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
