Rufina Monarez Canoy, 88, of Ranger died Saturday, July 13, 2019. She was born on June 20, 1931, daughter of the late Soilo Canoy and Enoria Monarez. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Leonardo Libay; and her sons, June Libay and Manuel Libay.
She is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Francisco Libay and Elsie; daughters and sons-in-law, Marina Libay Laban, Luzviminda Libay Cloud and Larry Cloud Jr., and Carmencita Libay and Emelio Tolentino; grandchildren, Larry Cloud, Leia Cloud, Novelyn Libay, Reynaldo Libay, Leonary Libay, Leonalyn Libay, James Libay, Gloria Laban, Leslie Laban, Maribel Laban, Jayson Laban, Liezel Laban, Jefferson Laban, Jomar Libay, Irish Libay, Bon Libay, Emilio Tolentino, Camille Tolintino, Christine Tolentino, Eric Tolentino, Carlo Narez; great-grandchildren, Ava Blevins, Mia Blevins, and many more.
The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Tuesday, July 16th from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m.
The funeral service will be held Tuesday, July 16th at 7:00 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
