Mr. Ralph Edward Baldwin, age 50 of Calhoun, died Saturday, July 4, 2015 at Gordon Hospital following a heart attack.

Mr. Baldwin was born in Jasper, GA on March 20, 1965, son of Wanda Hurst Baldwin and the late Jessie Baldwin. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his sister, Mary Whitner; and by his first wife and mother of his two oldest children, Tina Hodges Baldwin in 2001.

Survivors include his wife, Valerie Snow Timms Baldwin of Calhoun; his two daughters, Kristy Redd and her husband Billy, and Barbara Dutton and her husband Kevin, all of Calhoun; four sons, Dustin Baldwin and his wife Laura, Noah Niles, Ralph Baldwin Jr., and Charlie Baldwin, all of Calhoun; two sisters, Oma Dockery and Glenda Bishop, both of Chatsworth; three brothers, John Baldwin of Chatsworth, Joey Baldwin of Calhoun and Chris Baldwin of Cleveland, TN; and grandchildren, Kelvin Dutton, Tina Dutton, Billy Redd III, Dustin Baldwin Jr., and Hunter Baldwin. Several nieces, nephews and other relatives also survive.

A service to celebrate the memory of Ralph Edward Baldwin will be held Wednesday, July 8th at 2:00 PM from Fellowship Baptist Church near Oostanaula with Rev. Jimmy Cox officiating. Pallbearers serving include Billy Redd Jr., Josh Baldwin, Kenny Timms, Billy Clark, Chris Clayton, and Wade Baldwin. Honorary pallbearers are Ben Jones, Scottie Bray and Cody Clayton. Interment will follow in Fellowship Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Fellowship Baptist Church Wednesday, July 8th from 11:00 AM until the funeral hour.
