Obituary

Mary Lou "Wilson" Johnson,88, of Ranger, Georgia passed away Friday, February 28, 2020. She was born on October 24, 1931, in Anderson County Tennessee to the late Leonard and Delia Smith Wilson.
Mary Lou and her husband were owners and operators of Johnson Logging prior to their retirement. She was a member of Concord Baptist Church.
She is survived by her husband, Lawrence Johnson to whom she was married for 69 years; sons and daughters-in-law, Nick and Shirley Johnson, Steven and Marica Johnson, and Ken and Vickie Johnson; daughter and son in law, Lesa and Bob Belcher; brothers and sister-in-law, Charles Wilson and Edward and Sheila Wilson; sisters and brother-in-law, Jimmie Lou and Rev. Sammy Allen and Katie Sosebee. Eight grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren and other relatives also survive.
Funeral service will be held Sunday, March 1 at 3:00 PM from Concord Baptist Church with Rev. Sammy Allen and Rev. Melvin Biggs officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. Pallbearers serving are the following gentlemen, Josh Johnson, Anthony Johnson, Shannon Leonard, Zack Grantham, Jason Wilson, Alan Sosebee, and Samuel Allen.
The family will receive friends Saturday, February 29, 2020, from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home.
