Frances Kinsey

Mrs. Frances Kinsey, age 63 of Resaca, died Friday, July 24, 2015 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.

She was born in Gilmer County, GA on May 3, 1952, daughter of the late Sam and Willa Nell Patton Ortiz.

Frances is survived by her loving husband of 47 years, Danny Lamar Kinsey of Resaca; three sons, Kevin Kinsey and his wife Cindy, Mark Kinsey and his wife Ramona, and Donny Kinsey; two grandchildren, Justin Kinsey and Emma Kinsey; sisters, Evelyn Gibbs of Chattanooga, and Sandra Patterson Krause of Trenton; brothers, Elmer (Elizabeth) Watkins of Louisiana, Ray (Janet) Ortiz of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Joe Ortiz of Rocky Face; along with several nieces, nephews and other relatives.

A service to honor the life of Frances Kinsey will be held Tuesday, July 28th at 11:00 AM from Evangelistic Outreach Church, with Rev. Mark Kirby officiating. Interment will follow in Fain Cemetery. Pallbearers serving will include Tommy Golden, Chris Dixon, Reed Williams, Timmie Kinsey, Raymond Smith Jr., and Eric Kinsey.

The Kinsey family will receive friends Monday at the funeral home after 4:00 PM.
