Obituary

Mr. Scott Silvers, 38, of Douglasville, GA, formerly of Calhoun died Wednesday, March 25, 2020, at his residence.
He was born in Ellijay, GA., on November 18, 1981, son of Donald Silvers and Angelia Hughes Silvers. He attended Gordon Central High School and was self-employed as a HVAC Contractor. He really enjoyed being with his kids and riding motorcycles with his son and friends. He was preceded in death by a brother, Jacob (Jake) Silvers in 2016.
Survivors include his son, Zachary (Zack) Silvers of Douglasville, daughter, McKenzie Silvers of Douglasville, mother, Angelia Hughes Silvers, father and step-mother, Donald and Vickie Silvers, brother, Mike Blaylock of Calhoun and girlfriend, Erica Lassiter of Douglasville. Several aunts, uncles, cousins and other relatives also survive.
A graveside service to honor Scotts life will be held at Crane Eater Cemetery, Wednesday, April 1, 2020.
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, there will be no public visitation. The family encourages everyone to consider their safety and the safety of others and practice social distancing if choosing to attend the graveside service.
