Obituary

Caleb Wade Weaver, 35, of Calhoun, died Sunday, December 22, 2019 at Erlanger Medical Center in Chattanooga, TN., following a brief illness.
Caleb was a loving husband, father and son, he was born March 12, 1984, son of Nancy Walraven Weaver and the late Alan Weaver. He was a member of the 2002 graduating class of Gordon Central High School, was employed by ASA Fire Protection as a superintendent, an avid Atlanta Falcons fan and he was a member of Bethesda Baptist Church. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents; Larkin and Clara Bess Weaver and Bill and Delores Walraven.
Survivors include his wife, Jada Leigh Hopper Weaver to whom he was married October, 16, 2010, son, Jase Wade Weaver, mother, Nancy Walraven Weaver, sister, Allison Weaver Volek and her husband Lennie, brother, Nathan Weaver and his wife Carly, sister-in-law, Jena Hopper, Mother-in-law and Father-in-law Nita and Terry Hopper, and two nieces; Larkyn Crocker and Lana Volek and nephew, Cole Weaver. A host of aunts, uncles and cousins also survive.
Funeral service for Caleb Wade Weaver will be held Thursday, December 26th, 2019 at 3:00 PM from Trinity Baptist Church with Eddie Brannon, Zack Townsend officiating. Interment will follow at Haven of Rest Memorial Park with David Weaver conducting the graveside service. Pallbearers serving will include; Austin Pasley, Brett Walraven, Ryan Weaver, Wil Walraven, Trevor Bone, Craig Harris, Josh Young, and Dwayne Gee. Honorary pallbearers include; Brent Walraven, Timmy Walraven, Barry Walraven, Gregory Weaver, Wayne Weaver, Barry Weaver, Nevin Weaver and employees of ASA Fire Protection.
The family request that in lieu of flowers, contribution be made to Anna Shaw Children's Institute, 1201 Burleyson Road, Dalton, GA., 30720 in Caleb's memory.
The family will receive friends Thursday, December 26, 2019 at Trinity Baptist Church between the hours of 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM.
