Obituary

William M. (Billy) Gregory Sr, 56, of Calhoun died on Saturday, November 9, 2019 at Redmond Hospital after several months of declining health. Billy was born in Gordon County on July 23, 1963, son of Martha Faye Sumner Gregory, and the late Buren Max Gregory.
Billy was an Air Force Veteran. He enjoyed mowing the grass and being outdoors. He loved being with his grandchildren, and was an avid Braves and Falcons fan.
He leaves behind his wife of 35 years, Sandra Gregory; his sons and daughter-in-law, Jeremy and Kayla Gregory, and William Gregory Jr; his mother Martha Faye Sumner Gregory; his grandchildren, Danny Gregory, Mark Gregory, James Gregory, Jeremy Gregory Jr, Georgia Gregory, Delila Gregory, Bella Gregory, Sarah Gregory, Madison Gregory, Cordillia Gregory, and Oliver Gregory; his brothers Dewayne Gregory and Robbie Gregory; his sisters Elaine Gregory, Virginia and Mike Yancy, Dianne Poole, and Debra Gregory; a host of aunts and uncles; and other relatives.
Services to honor his life will be held Tuesday, November 12th, at 3:00 PM, from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Rev. Edgar Stone and Rev. Mike Yancey officiating.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday, November 12th, from 11:00 AM until the service hour of 3:00 PM.
