Bernice Eads Mcdonald

Mrs. Bernice Eads McDonald, 77, of Calhoun, died at her home on Friday, August 5, 2016, following several months of declining health. Bernice was born in Gordon County on August 6, 1938; she was the daughter of the late Bradley "RB" and Ethel Gee Eads. Prior to her retirement, she worked with Echota Fabrics. Bernice was a member of New Town Baptist Church.

Survivors are her husband, C.L. McDonald; her sons, Keith Gravitte and Kenneth Gravitte and his companion, Debra Gowins; her grandchildren, Kenny Jr., Jennifer, John Eric, Misty, Crystal, and Justin; her great-grandchildren, Kenzie, Jacob, Alexis, Madison, Lucas, Donovan, Dominic, Ethan, and Ava; a special cousin, Eunice King.

The McDonald family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Saturday, August 6, 2016 from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m.

The funeral service will be conducted on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at 2:00 p.m. from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home. Burial will follow the service at Chandler Cemetery. Rev. Eddie Brannon will officiate. Pallbearers are Jacob McClure, James Lockridge, Danny Lockridge, Tony McDonald, Randy Kinsley, and Steven McDonald.
