Obituary

Beatrice Romine Pinyan, 84, of Calhoun, passed away Monday, July 22, 2019 at Advent Health Gordon, following three years of declining health. She was born in Pickens County, GA on April 11, 1935, daughter of the late Ralph and Ethel Davis Romine. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Lewis (JL) Pinyan; and her brother and sister-in-law, Roylee and Avilee Romine.
Survivors include her son and daughter-in-law, Keith and Melissa Pinyan; her daughters and sons-in-law, Yvonne and Keith Parker, and Lisa and Todd Poole; her brother and sister-in-law, Leon and Betty Jean Romine; her grandchildren, Brittany Jones, Ashley Cochran, Katelyn Poole, and Magen Bagwell; her great-grandchildren, LaShae Cochran and Gus Jones; and several nieces and nephews.
Services to honor the life of Beatrice Romine Pinyan will be held Wednesday, July 24th at 11:00 AM from the chapel of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home, with Dr. James Shope officiating. Interment will follow in Gordon Memorial Gardens. Pallbearers serving will include Anthony Pinyan, Stephen Waters, Matthew Waters, Gabe Jones, and Josh Bagwell.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, from 9:00 AM until the service hour.
The family would like to give special thanks to Mrs. Pinyans caregivers, Janice Burrell and Jeanette Cochran.
