Obituary

Anna Kay Martin Davis, 72, of Cartersville, GA, died Monday, October 28, 2019 at Calhoun Health Care. She was born on September 5, 1947, in Knoxville, TN. daughter of the late Ralph and Winnie Holman Martin. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Earl Wesley Davis Sr. in 1998; and step-son, Grady Davis.
Survivors include her family, whom she deeply loved; daughters and sons-in-law, Missi and Russ Gilmer, and Jenny and Marc Liscio; her grandchildren, Russell Gilmer (Holly), SSG David Gilmer (US Army) (Jessica), Kaleigh Liscio, and Kinsey Liscio; her great-grandchildren, Emaleigh, Jude, Keller Winn, and Jacob; her bonus children, Randy Gravett and Wednesday Presgrove; and her step-children, Joyce Hosch, Wesley Davis, Gary Davis, Brenda Roberts, Kenny Davis, and their families.
The family will receive friends at Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home on Wednesday, October 30th from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM.
The funeral service will be held Friday, November 1st at 11:00 AM at the funeral home, with Rev. Derek Ray officiating. Burial will follow at 2:00 PM at Georgia Memorial Park. Pallbearers serving will include Russ Gilmer, Marc Liscio, Russell Gilmer, SSG David Gilmer (US Army), Jonathan Davis, and Randy Gravett.
Funeral arrangements are under the care and direction of Max Brannon and Sons Funeral Home of Calhoun.
